Meet the Founders of Neuro-Minded
Fifteen years ago, our journey began with the birth of a beautiful baby girl named Kyah. From the very beginning, she taught us more than we ever imagined — about love, joy, patience, and seeing the world through a different lens.
When Kyah was seven, our free-spirited little girl began struggling in school. Her emotions felt bigger, her energy harder to contain, and the spark we knew so well started to dim. What were once labeled as “tantrums” became signs of something deeper. When we received her ADHD diagnosis, we were overwhelmed with questions and fears. What would life look like for her? What challenges would she face? And quietly — could this be hereditary?
Fast forward a few years to the arrival of our little man, Reeder. As a baby, he didn’t show the same signs as his sister. But once school began, familiar patterns emerged — though in different ways. Reeder struggled with emotional regulation, overstimulation, and staying focused even moments after being given instructions.
And then came the realization.
Those symptoms weren’t just our children’s — they were ours, too.
For the first time, it all clicked. A lifetime of unrecognized struggles, masked behaviors, and unanswered questions finally had a name. ADHD hadn’t just shaped our children’s experiences — it had shaped our own.
Neuro-Minded was born from that moment of clarity.
We created this company to spread awareness, understanding, and acceptance of ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions. Our jewelry is intentionally designed to be functional, discreet, and empowering — offering support for fidgeting, grounding, and breath regulation without drawing unwanted attention.
Each piece is handcrafted using all-natural crystals, chosen not only for their beauty but for their spiritual and energetic properties, adding another layer of intention and meaning.
Neuro-Minded is more than a business.
It’s a reflection of our family, our journey, and our commitment to helping others feel seen, supported, and understood — exactly as they are.
